Financing through Affirm would be one option. Another option would be paying with a debit or credit card. We offer different payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Customers could purchase products with the different payment methods over the phone or online.
How about sales tax?
Sales Tax is added to orders delivered within Texas otherwise mentioned in the website. The state of Texas requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order. When applicable, sales tax information will be displayed in your shopping cart along with other pricing information that pertains to your order. The current sales tax rate in Texas is 8.25%..

If buyer decided to return, buyer will be charged for ALL delivery and shipping charges (delivery, shipping charges to and from our facility). All massage chair brands offer an exchange of a new unit if there are defects in the product (within 30 days). After 30 days, all of our chair manufacturers offer warranty service.
How about International Orders?
Duties, taxes and customs are the responsibility of the consumer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country, and your local government determines duty and customs charges. All international orders must be paid by credit card. What is Curbside Delivery?
Curbside Delivery is our standard delivery method and is included when you purchase any massage chair from us. For this delivery method, the shipping company will deliver the item to your driveway or entryway, the chairs will come unassembled and you will be responsible for moving the chair into your residence.
What is White Glove Delivery?
White Glove delivery is a delivery service where the agents will deliver the chair into your residence, assemble the chair, and throw out the waste left from the delivery. This service will cost an additional $250 and may delay the lead time for delivery 1-2 weeks.

How do I return?
Please call 1-888-848-2630, explain the situation and get your RMA number on any item. It'll be refused if you return the item before contacting us without a RMA number.
Put the packing list and your RMA number inside of your package with the item(s) to return. Make sure to include all parts and data sent with the package.
Tape boxes securely and attach an appropriate shipping label. Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs to and from our facility.
